Please note that we can not be held responsible for any art work  sent out by artists , weather sizes , media or colour differences.  We work purely on a trust basis , all phots of works submitted  are taken by the artists them selves.  These can only be seen as a representation of the works in their original form . We can not be held responsible for any differences  , sizes , colours  type of frames  , type of media used. 

All works are sent on a trust basis  via digital uploads , we do not hold any stock . In some cases sometimes a particular art work may have been sold directly by the artists back in Zimbabwe and for communication problems or delays  in communication we may not be aware . In these cases , we can either send a full refund or ask the artists to create a similar work for you , but we will always communicate with you.

Shipping is carried out by a third party contractor , we are unable to guarantee the safety , of your item , but this also includes damage in shipping , loss of items in or during shipping . We cannot be held responsible for any delays in customs and excise, including any extra customs and excise duties you may need to pay . These fees are purely your responsibility. We will however endeavour to inform you if we are aware of any extra charges that may occur.
